The Vittoria Air-Liner Protect E-Bike is a specially developed tire insert designed for E-mountain bikes, offering maximum protection against pinch flats, punctures, and rim damage. Built to handle the increased weight and forces of E-bikes, it enhances safety, control, and riding comfort on challenging terrain.

Optimized protection for E-bike demands.

The reinforced construction is engineered to withstand the higher loads of E-MTB use. The insert effectively protects against impacts, cuts, and rim damage during aggressive riding.

High-density polymer foam for maximum damping.

The high-density polymer foam absorbs shocks and vibrations efficiently, resulting in a smoother and more controlled ride while maintaining responsive handling.

Improved grip and stability at lower tire pressure.

Using the Air-Liner allows for lower tire pressures, increasing traction and comfort. At the same time, it stabilizes the tire sidewalls for better cornering performance.

Run-flat capability for added safety.

In the event of a puncture, the Air-Liner Protect E-Bike enables you to continue riding even without air pressure, allowing you to safely finish your ride.

The Air-Liner is designed exclusively for tubeless systems and is used with compatible tubeless valves. It is optimized for modern E-MTB tire widths.
